Michelle Mcinnis
Before founding The Clarity Room, I spent years in corporate sales and social work — delivering results while quietly overriding every gut feeling and flash of knowing that didn't fit into a strategy deck. My awakening came gradually, as I recognized that the "hunches" I'd been dismissing weren't random — they were claircognizant downloads, a form of psychic intelligence I'd been trained to distrust. The more I studied Human Design, astrology, and mediumship, the more I understood that what I'd been suppressing wasn't weakness. It was my most sophisticated form of leadership intelligence.
Today I help ambitious, spiritually curious women stop compartmentalizing who they are. Through my signature Intuitive Leadership Mastermind and methodologies like The Progressive Clarity Method, I guide women through a deep integration of Human Design, astrology, and psychic development — so they can lead with clarity and stop abandoning their deepest knowing at the boardroom door. My highest-revenue year came not from grinding harder, but from finally trusting the guidance I'd spent decades learning to ignore. That's what becomes possible when you treat your intuition as something to lead with.
