My name is Michelle,
and for most of my life, I silenced the most powerful part of myself.
My intuition. My emotions.
That deeply feeling part of me that knew things before my mind could explain them.
I was told I was too much.
So I learned to read rooms,
to conform, to dim my light to fit in.
And then one day, I got tired.
Tired of performing.

This is where we go inward. Each month, we create sacred space to practice the ancient arts—ritual work, somatic integration, and embodied intuitive practice. You'll learn to honor your intuition not as a fleeting feeling, but as a reliable source of guidance. This is your space to slow down, to feel, to integrate what you're learning into your bones. Have time to practice and be heard by fellow feminine women on this epic journey with you!
Gathering Two: Seasons, Cycles & Coaching
Here, we align with the natural rhythms that govern all of life. We explore the astrology season, human design energies, and the cyclical nature of your intuition. Each month carries a unique theme that corresponds to the cosmic and energetic seasons we're moving through. After our teaching and activation, we open the space for live coaching—where your questions, challenges, and breakthroughs are witnessed and supported by the collective.

Hey there! I'm Michelle McInnis—an Intuitive, Human Design Reader, Astrologer and Business/Life and Somactics Coach helping women align with their deepest truth and lead from that place.
Here's what you should know about my journey: All through my life, I knew I had intuitive gifts. I could read rooms, feel energy, sense things before they happened. But I didn't understand them, and no one nurtured them.
In fact, I was told they were bad, wrong, something to hide. So I did what so many of us do: I silenced that part of myself.
Armed with a degree in psychology and social work, I spent years as a social worker for the state of Michigan, helping others while ignoring my own intuitive knowing. But eventually, I couldn't ignore it anymore. I left the bureaucratic world behind to build my own business—and to finally explore the gifts I'd been told to suppress. What I discovered changed everything. Once I finally unveiled my intuitive gifts, I realized they were different from those who naturally tune into mediumship or channeling. My gifts were unique to me—and that's what made them powerful.
I studied human design, astrology, and somatic healing. I learned to trust the intuition that had always been there, and I discovered how to integrate it into real life, real business, real leadership. Now, I help women do the same. I've guided clients through massive shifts in their personal and career lives—women who've taken their passions and learned to earn 5 to 6 figures by leading from their joy and intuitive knowing. Women who finally gave themselves permission to trust what they've always felt but were afraid to claim.
